Vittoria Piccolo – The Interview

Introducing: Vittoria Piccolo, one of the farmers we met during our Journey through Sicily. She makes an organic extra-virgin oil from her minuta olives, one of the island’s oldest varieties. The minuta olive is also a Slow Food presidium, because it is an endangered part of the rural landscape of the valleys of the Nebrodi mountains.
